The hotel is located just off one of Barcelona’s main thoroughfares, Avenida Diagonal, which cuts through the financial and commercial heart of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Asked for room with best view and was duly put up on the top floor! Right next to metro station covering 3 different metro lines so nowhere was more than 2-3 stops away and an after hours taxi was only about 7-8 euros from the city centre. Perfect location for all the sights.

No tea/coffee making facilities. Swimming pool closed during winter months.

Anyway it's convenient to access various places because this hotel is located almost next to a center satation in Barcelona.

The room is too warm and dry, even though we stop a room air conditioner.

The hotel and the majority of staff were extremely polite and friendly and the location of the hotel was an ideal place for tourists.

Location is great for booth pleasure and business, excellent connection to airport, expo centers and centrum. Great breakfast. However for diner .....there is so much better to get in Barcelona...

The room was old ( but clean) with a new room would be a true great hotel.

perfect location just beside metro and renfe station sants estacion and on;y 10 minutes walk to plaza espana, supermarket right next to the entrance, good views with balcony, comfortable bed and clean bath room with bathing cloth and slipper wonderful!

no free wifi, but you can receive the prety weak signal from the cafe nearby (we were in 4th floor)

The staff was very accomodating in taking care of our special needs. They also were always friendly and made every effort regarding matters unique to us.
